Gaj 84, Karniowice 32-082 Bolechowice, tax identification number NIP: 5511735165, statistical number REGON: 356560068, email address: office@gwcoin.com, tel. 48 513 066 400, hereinafter referred to as “Data Controller” or Service Provider.
Personal data collected by the Data Controller via the website are processed in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/WE (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as the GDPR.
Capitalised terms used in this Privacy Policy shall have the meaning set forth in the “Definitions” section of the gwsouvenirs.com Terms and Conditions.

The Service Provider shall take appropriate technical measures to safeguard the electronic personal data against unauthorised interception or modification.
In cases not provided for in this Privacy Policy the relevant provisions of the GDPR shall apply as well as applicable provisions of Polish law.
